6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.4 Manifest Errors

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

kg999bet may suspend or close an account where: a player has violated any provision of these Terms; a player is found to have provided false registration information; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; the account is involved in a charge-back dispute; or the account is suspected of being involved in money laundering or other criminal activity. In cases of fraud or criminal activity, account balances may be frozen pending investigation and will not be released until the investigation is concluded.
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may close their kg999bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Additional Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg999bet's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kg999bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
